Mods Digest: Embrace the darkness of the night
Today we have some more interesting missions and hangars to review from several talented Enlisted authors!
Thanks to the mod editor, Enlisted is an endlessly scalable game, you can create a unique mission or even an entirely new location yourself, using thousands of objects from all of the game's campaigns.

Original mission title: Gun game: toy war (Halloween theme)
Continuing the theme of mods with custom content. In this mission you will feel the tightness of movements and the taste of plastic in your mouth. No wonder, because here you are a toy soldier!
This is the second version of the mission in the Fully Armed mode.
The battle is for the right to control a strategic... children's room. Jump on tables and shelves, hide behind books and blend in with the curtain. Show all the agility that plastic figures are capable of, because your opponent’s guns don’t shoot bullets made of plastic at all.
In this mission it's especially easy to tell if someone is an enemy or a friend — just look at their color!
Fans of shooters may recognize the design of this location :).

Original mission title: Hazy Night 2 - Gun Game.
Surrounded by impenetrable fog and dark night, two groups of Soviet and German soldiers sought shelter from the deadly, bone-chilling cold. What they found was an abandoned prison camp where they began their fight for the only cover from the harsh weather. But was this place truly abandoned?
It’s Fully Armed mode with the creepy and horrific atmosphere of a slightly belated Halloween. Take the souls of your enemies with constantly changing weapons and become the most powerful reaper.
Once you're done, this place will be covered in the bodies of dead losers.

Original mission title: Mafia Gun Game.
Another Fully Armed mod, but this time with the atmosphere of the harsh years of Prohibition in the United States. You start at one of the secret warehouses of bootleggers and fight for the right to possess the priceless liquid gold.
Weapon progression through the levels is unusual here: in this mode, typically, with each level you get less effective weapons, but sometimes you can suddenly get cool guns. Tommy Gun, of course, is among them.
Don't damage the crates. Please.

Not another Fully Armed mod. We promise.
_starobrno_ has made a wonderful shooting range for you, where you can find all the gold order weapons inside a warehouse, even those that are currently unavailable.

Hangar | Gavutu Night Island | by ShrimpTofu
Original hangar title: Gavutu Island.
The title speaks for itself - night and rain are the main themes of this hangar dedicated to Gavutu, one of the small islands in the Solomon Islands archipelago. Decorated in the style of imperial Japan.
The author prepared backgrounds for all game menus - in pretty good quality.
The main advantage of this hangar over others is the night lighting. Thanks to a proper balance, you will have no problems with the background of texts.
But let's be clear. The hangar is a bit outdated - it lacks the correct camera position for the Battle menu. We hope that the author will fix this problem soon! In the meantime, you can fix it yourself. To do this, open the file, find the scene:t="squad" line and change squad to main_menu.

Each author whose work is featured in our section of interesting mods will receive a unique portrait of an engineer and an additional gold weapon order!
You can get gold orders in the game multiple ways, but the portrait... It is simply impossible to get it otherwise. So if you meet such a player in battle, show them your respect. :)
LAUNCH THE MISSIONS
Every one of you can create your own mission, as well as launch any mission from the portal. Here’s a quick reminder how to launch one of these multiplayer missions.
- Choose a mission you like on the Enlisted sandbox (Game Mods) portal and press COPY MOD URL on its page.
- In the game, open game mode selection (above the START button) and choose “Custom matches”.
- Press the “Create Game” button, then on the right side “No active mod” and paste the previously copied URL.
Now you only need to configure the main settings, and you’re good to go — your server is in the list. Tell your friends to come, wait for other players to join or play by yourself.
SET UP A HANGAR
In addition to launching a mission, every one of you can install a custom hangar and so replace the foggy background with something new! Below is a quick tutorial on how to do this:
- Choose the hangar you are interested in on the Enlisted Sandbox (Hangars) portal and click DOWNLOAD on its card.
- Place the downloaded file in the userGameMods folder, which is located in the game's folder. If the userGameMods folder is missing, then just create it.
- Make sure that the file is named hangar.
